Small-batch pizza dough, slow-fermented for 48+ hours to develop full flavor, stretch, and structure. Choose from two handcrafted styles:

  • New York–Style: Chewy, foldable, and perfect for a classic 16” pie. Ideal for steel or stone baking at 500°F+.

  • Neapolitan-Style: Made with finely milled 00 flour. Airy, soft center with blistered crust. Best baked hot on a stone, steel, or outdoor oven.

Each dough ball makes one 16” pizza. Ready to stretch and bake.

Delivery & Pickup Info

  • Because our dough is hand-made and cold fermented for two days, delivery and pickup are only available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (between 9AM–7PM).

  • Delivery is limited to a 10-mile radius of Pasadena.
